This information applies to enquiries submitted through the VISABITAT website form in Viseu. The controller is the VISABITAT entity identified above and can be contacted at visabitat@gmail.com.
Data collected and purpose
Name, email, telephone if provided, location, type of work, timing and project description. The date, reference and accepted version of this notice are also recorded. The data is used to understand, manage and answer the enquiry. Do not send identity documents, sensitive financial data or third-party data. Submission is not a quotation, contract or acceptance of work.
Legal basis and recipients
Processing is necessary to answer the enquiry and take pre-contractual steps requested by the person concerned. Zynalith provides technical support for the website; Vercel hosts the service and private storage; Resend handles email notification. These providers receive only the data required for the contracted service.
Recording and access
Enquiries are processed on the website server and sent to the contact address configured by VISABITAT. Attachments are kept in private storage and made available through temporary links. Public access to the website cannot view enquiries or attachments. The enquiry receives a reference after it has been effectively recorded. Email notification is handled separately: technical acceptance by the provider does not prove that the recipient has read it, and a temporary failure does not erase the recorded enquiry.
Retention and security
Enquiries and attachments are retained for 90 days after the last contact, unless required for a contract or legal obligation. The form limits repeated enquiries and uploads to reduce abuse.
Transfers
Technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the applicable contractual safeguards. The list and conditions must be confirmed against the contracted accounts before publication.
